Rising 9th Grade Academic Advising
Course catalogs, selection sheets, pacing, sequencing, and more
South Lakes HS Rising Freshman
Our Langston Hughes counselors met with students in their Civics classes during the week of February 5-9 for high school academic advising and an overview of the course selection process. Students completed a practice Course Selection Sheet in class and were provided a blank copy to bring home. Students were also asked to complete a Google form for course selection as a practice and to prepare for meeting with their high school counselor. Final course selection will be done with their high school counselors next week through Science classes.
