  • Account Password Recovery: This self-service application allows FCPS students to reset their lost or forgotten password. To successfully use this application you must have previously supplied a private e-mail address or mobile phone number in the Account Manager application. If you are having problems using this application, please see one of your teachers during the school day.

  • FCPSOn: Transformation of learning for students and educators. At its core, it provides students with equitable access to meaningful learning experiences and technology to support their learning.

  • Google Workspace for Education: Google Workspace for Education allows FCPS students, faculty, and staff to communicate, store files and collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in real time from school, work, or home, all within a secure “closed campus” online environment. The use of these tools is optional, and intended to provide an approved and supportable alternative to consumer Google accounts. There is no cost to use GWE.

  • Schoology: As of 2021, Schoology is the FCPS learning management system. It is a learning space that supports instructional practices aligned to FCPS’ learning model and helps students reach the Portrait of a Graduate goals.

  • StudentVUE Accounts: All middle school students have access to their StudentVUE account by using their network id and password to log in.

  • Coding Resources - Computer science drives innovation in the U.S. economy and society. Learning to code is an entry point to computer science: it’s easy, accessible to all ages, and it is fun!

Cell Phone Policy

Per the updated FCPS Regulation, students in middle school are prohibited from using their cell phone during the school day unless they have a documented medical reason or in the event of an emergency.  Once the school day begins electronic devices and headphones must be out of sight and completely turned off.  If the device is seen or heard during the school day, the item may be confiscated, and a parent may be contacted to pick up the device.

Please refer to FCPS' Student Rights and Responsibilities for more information about using devices in schools.
