Hughes Middle School is pleased to announce its annual summer musical theatre training program. This year's production will be Rodgers & Hammerstein's classic musical, Cinderella.

How to Participate:

  • All students who register for the Summer Broadway Program will be included in the ensemble cast
  • Auditions are required for those students seeking consideration for principal role

Audition Requirements and Submission:

  1. Pay the Camp Deposit: To audition, you must first pay the camp deposit.
  2. Make a Video: Record a video of yourself singing a song that sounds like it could be from Cinderella.
    • Sing for about 1 minute (16-32 bars of music).
    • Need song ideas? Check our website!
  3. Start Your Video Right: At the beginning of your video, clearly say:
    • Your name
    • Your grade and school for the fall of 2025
    • The role you want to audition for
  4. Submit Your Video: Send us your video by March 31st.
